ABOUT ME

For the last 20 years, Elle has been tasked with keeping Herts, Beds &  Bucks fit with a radical approach to personal training programmes and classes, as well as managing a corporate fitness centre in Maidenhead and teaching Yoga at Cambridge University. 

Elle opened her private fitness studio in Letchworth in 2010 and teaches motivating & relevant fitness classes and trains her Personal Training clients, 6 days a week.

My ethos is about keeping the exercise real, motivating you to get the most out of your body and having fun whilst exercising. It won’t be easy and requires focus...and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise!

Looking after your body and mind in 2019, is tough, and our lifestyle demands us all to be on top of everything…all of the time!    We need to make exercise fit into our lifestyle, get into a weekly routine and by doing PT or classes with me, you’ll be challenged, motivated and I will give you the tools to carry this over into your everyday life”

Crossfit Class

All Over Body

Mondays, 5:30 - 6:30pm

Sculpt & tone your body with a top-to-toe workout, using weights and your own body resistance.

Women Stretching

YOGAIntense

Tuesdays, 6:45 - 7:45pm

Increase your flexibility with this strengthening workout, while also improving your wellbeing. 

Spinning Class

SPINBOX

Wednesdays, 5:30 - 6:30pm

30 min cycle class & 30 min Boxing circuit to improve your agility, speed, power, balance & strength.

Aerobics Class

HIIT 

Thursdays, 6:00 - 6:45pm

High Intensity Interval Training; 

including Tabata (20/10 seconds ) intervals while using your body-weight, linked with abdominal & back training.

Yoga Class

Thursdays, 6:45 - 7:30pm

Straightforward yoga class to concentrate on your form, practice your poses, and ultimately combat the aches & strains of desk life.

Stability Ball and Stretching Band

CARDIOcore

Fridays, 5:30 - 6:30pm

30 minute Cardio to improve fitness & endurance, followed by Pilates-inspired floor exercises using Benderballs, Pilates rings, fitness bands & light weights.

Girl Planking

BOOTCAMP

Saturdays, 9:30 - 10:30am

Full body workout, intensely mixing strength & aerobic training with interval training. A variety of equipment is used to help vary the intensity and enjoyment!

Meditation Class

Saturdays, 10:30 - 11:15am

A simple floor based yoga workout, concentrating on breathing. Designed to relax & stretch you after a busy, hectic workout week.

My philosophy is to guide my clients every step of the way in their journeys, whether their goal is fitness, recovery or wellbeing. 

Part of this journey is the need to work alongside specialists in other areas. My clients can benefit from massage, acupressure & osteopathy within my studio's treatment room.
